We are committed to providing quality and affordable dental health care. You have multiple options for payment available. For your convenience we accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards. Cash and Personal checks are welcome.

We understand that unexpected dental bills can sometimes strain finances. If this happens, call us immediately at (703) 910-4805 to discuss further. If you help us keep the lines of communication open, we can usually work out acceptable arrangements. We are pleased to accept CareCredit. Please click on the logo for more information.

As a courtesy to our patients, our office will gladly assist you with the filing of your dental insurance claims and help maximize your benefits. Patients and account guarantors who use dental insurance through our office are required to provide the necessary information needed by our office staff to successfully submit your claims. Patients and account guarantors are responsible for understanding their individual dental insurance policy and benefits.

What Our Office Requires
You will be asked to complete and sign a patient health and registration form, and insurance form at the office.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
